Sattamum Needhiyum OTT Release: Saravanan and Namritha MV starrer Tamil courtroom drama series is set to arrive on OTT soon. The show is about the voices of the voiceless. It focuses on how an ordinary citizen who stands up against a powerful system, representing the people who have been oppressed. When And Where To Watch Sattamum Needhiyum Online?
Saravanan and Namritha MV starrer show is set to be released on the OTT platform Zee5. Sattamum Needhiyum will start streaming on July 18. Zee5 has shared the news on its Instagram and wrote, “The fight for truth begins now. The teaser of Tamil ZEE5 Original – Sattamum Needhiyum is here. Premieres July 18th, only on ZEE5.”
About Sattamum Needhiyum
The story is about a timid notary who joins hands with a passionate lawyer, Aruna. They seek justice for a man who sets himself on fire in front of the court. Apart from Saravanan, the film also stars Namritha MV in supporting roles. The show has been directed by debutant filmmaker Balaji Selvaraj and produced by Sasikala Prabhakaran under the banner 18 Creators. Notably, the show marks Saravanan’s comeback as a lead in 15 years and 35 years in the industry.
Saravanan is known for his work in Paruthiveeran, Sir, Marutha, Ratsasan, Maamiyar Veedu, Naan Kadavul Illai, Raayan and Gargi to name a few.
At a recent event, the ZEE5 South Content Head Kaushik Narashiman said, “Zee5 has always backed bold, original stories that reflect the realities of our society. With Sattamum Neethiyum, we explore justice, conscience, and courage in a way that’s raw, rooted, and deeply relatable.”
