The much-awaited trailer for Pachinko Season 2 has finally been released, promising a gripping continuation of the beloved Apple TV+ series. Fans of Lee Min-ho, Minha Kim and BLACKPINK have much to look forward to as the trailer reveals an intense storyline set against the backdrop of World War II and features a unique cover of Coldplay’s Viva La Vida sung by BLACKPINK's Rosé.

In Pachinko Season 2, Lee Min-ho returns as Koh Han-su and Minha Kim reprises her role as Kim Sun-ja. The trailer opens with a glimpse of Sun-ja's peaceful life in 1945, which is soon disrupted by the looming threat of the US Army over Japan. Han-su reappears in Sun-ja’s life, determined to protect her and their son from the impending danger, while also exploring the possibility of rekindling their past relationship. The emotional exchange between Sun-ja and Han-su, where she asks, “It’s been 14 years. How did you find me?" and he responds, “I never lost you," sets the tone for the season's dramatic narrative.

Jin Ha’s character, Baek Solomon, also takes a prominent role in the new season. Solomon is depicted struggling with his career in Japan, balancing his love for Naomi (played by Anna Sawai), and seeking his purpose in life.
