Parineeti Chopra’s last release Amar Singh Chamkila gave her wide recognition across the country. The actress, who is on vacation in the UK, expressed her interest in working in the country. She said that she wants to look for opportunities in the country. Parineeti also stated that she is not interested much in Hollywood. For the unversed, her cousin sister Priyanka Chopra became a global star after stepping into Hollywood. She had some notable work in Quantico, Love Again, Baywatch, Citadel and The Matrix 4 to name a few. 

Coming back to Parineeti Chopra, she was recently asked in an interview if she would consider venturing beyond Indian Cinema, she replied, “Oh, thank you so much. Why not? Actually, I really want to work in the UK and look for opportunities. This is something I would be very interested in, maybe not so west as in Hollywood. Something creative in the UK itself.” 

She also talked about her career priorities and said, “My biggest learning is to do roles that personally excite me, require homework, and will touch the hearts of people. It’s now the experience I’m searching for.” 

The actress also called London her second home. She added, “London is like my second home. I spend half the year here. People don’t know that. I post very less on social media about it, but I’m here a lot when not working in India. My family and friends are here. I’ve studied here, so it really feels like a second home. It’s not about the shopping or doing tourist stuff, I love the feeling of independence. The nature, parks, walking on the road and simple things like having a coffee somewhere. Stuff I don’t do much when in Mumbai. So that independence and me time is what I enjoy most.” 

Parineeti Chopra has a diverse range of movies including Hasee Toh Phasee, Mission Raniganj, The Girl on the Train, Code Name: Tiranga, Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar and Shuddh Desi Romance to name a few.
