Fashion's most glamorous night, the 2025 Met Gala, will be held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. The event is set to take place on May 5 at the iconic museum. The theme for this year is Superfine: Tailoring Black Style, which celebrates the rich legacy of Black fashion and the significant role tailoring has played in shaping identity, creativity, and self-expression within the Black community. The theme is inspired by the work of Monica L. Miller, a professor at Barnard College, whose book Slaves to Fashion explores the cultural and political influence of Black dandyism and the styling of Black identity.

The celebrities attending the 2025 Met Gala will include Pharrell Williams, Lewis Hamilton, Anna Wintour, Spike Lee, Jeremy Pope, Usher, and many others.
The Met Gala, which Wintour has chaired since 1995, will see her return as co-chair. LeBron James will serve as honorary co-chair, while Pharrell Williams, Colman Domingo, A$AP Rocky, and Lewis Hamilton will also co-chair the event.

On the personal front, Kiara Advani is expecting her first child with her husband, actor Sidharth Malhotra. The couple shared this exciting news with a joint Instagram post in March, featuring a picture of them holding tiny crocheted socks. On the work front, Kiara is gearing up for the highly anticipated movie War 2, directed by Ayan Mukerji. The film also stars Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR. She has Yash starrer Toxic in the pipeline.
