Karwa Chauth is a tradition practised by married Indian women for their husband’s long life. Women keep fast all day long for their better halves. Several Bollywood actresses also celebrate this custom every year. Priyanka Chopra, who is currently shooting in London for Citadel Season 2, also kept fast for Nick Jonas. The actress shared some stunning pictures from her Karwa Chauth celebrations. Not only that, she also posted a selfie flaunting her ‘Mehendi’. Priyanka ditched makeup for the occasion and opted for a tracksuit.

While sharing the pictures on Instagram, the actress wrote “To all those celebrating.. happy karwa chauth ❤️🥰🙏🏽 and yes I’m filmy.” 

This marks the first appearance of Nick Jonas after he ran off from stage during the Jonas Brothers’ Prague concert. A laser was pointed at him during the event which was noticed by the singer. He immediately escaped from the venue. The show was halted for some time and later resumed after the conspirator was thrown out from the location. 

On the work front, Priyanka is currently shooting for Citadel season 2 in London. The web series also stars Richard Madden, Stanley Tucci, Dahlia Archer, Carter Spence, Abby Conroy and Hendrix Conroy in key roles. As per reports, the shoot of the series will be completed by mid-2025. It will be released on Prime Video in early 2026. 

Nick Jonas was last seen in The Good Half. The comedy-drama stars Nick Jonas, Alexandra Shipp, Brittany Snow, Elisabeth Shue, David Arquette, Ryan Bergara, Mimi Gianopulos and Matt Walsh in key roles. The movie was released in theatres on 23rd July 2023.
