Allu Arjun has been making headlines for his rift with Pushpa 2 director Sukumar. There were speculations that the shooting of the movie has been delayed and the Telugu suprestar is upset with the filmmaker. It was also said that due to the disappointment Allu left for abroad and due to which the shooting was canceled. As per a report by 123 Telugu, a source close to the unit informed that Allu Arjun went to Europe and Sukumar has gone to the US due to which the shoot was halted. 

However, the sources also added that both the actor and director are close friends and they have no issues with each other. It also shared that the news about the postponement is also false news and the movie will be released as per schedule on 6th December. 

Earlier, a source told Deccan Chronicle “The action-adventure will be wrapped up in 60 days, with August 31 likely being the last day of shooting. The team is working around the clock to meet this new and challenging deadline.” 

“The director is under a lot of pressure as he strives to deliver his best work without compromising quality. He needs to relax a bit, as he is currently overseeing three different units filming in various locations and racing against time to finish the action-adventure,” the source added. 

The initial release date of Pushpa 2 was scheduled for 15th August 2024 but the date changed to 6th December. Apart from Allu Arjun, Pushpa 2: The Rule will also feature Fahadh Faasil, Rashmika Mandanna, Sritej, Vijay Sethupathi, Anasuya Bharadwaj, Priyamani, Divi Vadthya, Jagadeesh Prathap Bandari, Jagapathi Babu, Prakash Raj and Ajay Ghosh in pivotal roles. The mass action thriller movie is made on a budget of Rs 500 Crore. It has been produced by Naveen Yerneni and Yalamanchili Ravi Shankar.
