Actor Rajpal Yadav is again in the news as the Delhi High Court has granted him relief in the cheque bounce case filed against him. The actor has been granted an extension of his bail, along with the direction that his lawyers should present detailed arguments at the next hearing of the case. The actor has been granted temporary relief, though the case is still moving ahead in the courts with the next proceedings expected to take place soon. 

Court Extends Interim Bail To Rajpal Yadav

The Delhi High Court has recently considered the case of cheque bounce involving Rajpal Yadav. During this hearing, the actor was directed by the court to be prepared with arguments for the main petition at the next hearing.

In addition to this, his interim bail has also been extended until April 1. This move has come as a short-term relief for the actor.

What Is The Case About? 

The case is linked to a financial dispute, in which Rajpal Yadav was not able to return a loan of Rs 9 crore to a Delhi-based businessman. The case is linked to 2010, when there was a cheque bounce issue.

The actor had surrendered at Tihar Jail on February 5, 2026 in connection with this case. The actor has been granted interim bail till March 18 after a temporary suspension of his sentence.

When Is The Next Hearing In Rajpal Yadav's Case? 

The case is now set to be heard again in the Delhi High Court. During the next hearing, both parties will be required to put forward their arguments in detail. The outcome of this case will entirely depend on how the court evaluates both the legal and financial aspects.

Rajpal Yadav Started YouTube Channel

After being released on bail, Rajpal Yadav surprised fans by announcing his entry into digital content creation. He started his own YouTube channel in the name of Rajpal Naurang Yadav and published 8 videos already. Despite the legal issues, he continues to stay active in films. He is set to appear alongside Akshay Kumar in the upcoming horror-comedy Bhoot Bangla, which will release in theatres on April 10, 2026.
