Rakhi Sawant recently updated fans about her tumor, sharing that she underwent surgery and is finally healing. Amid this, her former husband, Ritesh, has made a serious allegation. While interacting with paps in Mumbai, Ritesh claimed that some individuals are harassing Rakhi and issuing death threats. Although he asserted that he knows the identities of these people, he refused to disclose their names, stating that he would only do so once he has gathered all the evidence.
Ritesh said, "I will reveal everything, let me get all the evidence first. I am not afraid of anyone. I will name people but let me get the evidence first. I just want to tell you that some people who pretended to be our wellwishers are also involved in this controversy. I will tell you who this person it. We are informing police about it. We do not want media trial. This is related to Rakhi’s security. People are troubling her. She is also getting death threats."
Previously, Ritesh also shared that Rakhi’s surgery was successful and showed the photos from her surgery. "Some people were laughing a lot. I think such people are inhuman who make a mockery of somebody’s pain. (shows a photo of a tumour) See how big this rumour is. Rakhi, you don’t worry, we’ll take care of you. Some people are still making baseless statements and trying to defame you. Let me tell them, your time is over," he said.
Talking about her health, Rakhi earlier told ETimes, "I will be fine very soon, I am facing health issues. I’ve a 10 cm tumour and will be undergoing surgery on Saturday. I am not able to talk much about my health, but Ritesh will keep you all updated about my condition. He will inform everyone about the hospital also. I will show the tumour, once the surgery is done. I had to be admitted because, before the surgery, things needed to be brought under control like blood pressure and all. I don’t know the exact details as I am not a doctor, I’m an actor."

I am a fighter and I’ll come back, nothing will happen to me. Chota sa tumor hi toh hai nikal jaayega… (cries). I’ll come back and dance and sing. I’ll entertain people again. I had no idea that there was a tumour, I was dancing in the towel and when I returned home I fainted. Ritesh ji rushed me to the hospital. After all the reports it was found I have a tumor. But I know I’ll be back to entertain everyone," she added.
