The incident occurred after Payal Malik, during a Weekend Ka Vaar episode, accused Vishal of checking out Kritika. According to Payal, Vishal admitted to liking Kritika and feeling guilty about it. Vishal, however, claimed his words were taken out of context. This led to a heated confrontation where Armaan slapped Vishal.

Following this altercation, Vishal's parents appeared on the show to address the issue, leading to Armaan apologizing to Vishal. Payal also issued an apology in a video statement, emphasizing the importance of moving past the incident.

In a conversation with News18, Vishal Pandey opened up about the impact of the incident on his experience in the house. He shared that the accusations affected how others perceived and interacted with him, leaving him feeling isolated and judged.

“Nobody used to sit with me except Lovekesh Kataria, Sana Makbul and Shivani Kumari. Nobody talked to me. They looked at me as if I were a monster. It was so difficult. I felt suffocated. Comments were made about my character. It was tough,” Vishal revealed.
