Alongside Bobby Deol, Animal featured an ensemble cast, including Ranbir Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor and Triptii Dimri. The film’s gripping narrative, coupled with standout performances, solidified its status as one of the highest-grossing films of the year. The success of Animal paved the way for its sequel, Animal Park, which has already generated significant buzz. Producer Bhushan Kumar recently revealed that work on the sequel is expected to begin soon after director Sandeep Reddy Vanga wraps up his next project with Prabhas.

While initial reports suggested that filming might commence in 2026, Kumar’s update has raised fans' hopes for an earlier start, potentially within six months. According to Vanga, Animal Park will take on an even darker and grittier tone than its predecessor, promising another intense cinematic experience.
