Social media influencer Apoorva Mukhija aka The Rebel Kid recently made her social media comeback amid the India’s Got Latent row has created buzz with her statements in her first YouTube video. Sharing her deed, she thanked her friends for their support during her tough phase, but she didn't mention Rida Tharana's name, with whom she shared a close bond. The duo is known to share a close bond and set some friendship goals on social media. But Rida's name missing in Apoorva's statement caught netizens' attention, and speculation started about their alleged fallout. Apoorva also mentioned someone had done 'black magic' on her during her YouTube live. Since then, some users suspected it was Rida and lashed her out. Amid the trolling, Rida finally broke her silence and stated that she didn't want to give endless justifications.

On allegations of faking friendship with Apoorva Mukhija, Social media influencer Rida Tharana penned a long note addressing the social media users' claims. She wrote, "My mother has been unwell since the start of this year. I managed to get her to move in with me so I could take better care of her. My sister's and I have been taking turns to take care of her according to our work calls. Ever since I got them retired last year, I've been supporting both my parents and my little brother. Me not working means stopping everything. She hates the city and we've tried everything to make her feel comfortable. One of those things was hosting people at home. I had friends over for iftar, and for the first time in a long time, I saw her smile, laugh, and enjoy herself."

Talking about Apoorva, she stated, "I don't want to give endless justifications. Its Apoorva's time to shine and I won't be a shadow to it. I see every little thing I've done taken out of context and blown out of proportion! Everything up for misinterpretation. And I've said this before and I'll say it again: people hate women. Women surviving, living, laughing, existing & just being. If I ever wanted to fake anything, I had 100 easier ways to do it. If you think I did that for 2 years, trust me, 2 months wouldn't have been hard."

Reacting to online hate, Rida continued, "So no...I'm not going to explain myself anymore. To the ones who want to stay, thank you. To the ones who don't see me for who I am, feel free to unfollow. I'm not here to be perfect. I'm not chasing fame! I'm grateful for the love I already have. All I've ever wanted is to earn enough to take care of my people, to travel, and to live a quiet life surrounded by love. That's it."

She ended her first post by stating, "I'm exhausted, but I'm still here."

In another post, Rida mentioned dealing with anxiety and how she tries to stay away from all the negativity but somehow it reaches her way.

Her post read, "Also! I don't walk into fire knowing it'll burn. But sometimes, I stumble into it!! and when I do, it burns me. As much as I've tried to stay away from all the negativity, some things still find a way to reach me and I won't lie, a few of them have truly broken me. Being in a difierent country, all by myself, it hasn't been easy. The anxiety has been bad. But what's been holding me together is hearing how some of you still have my back. I wasn't expecting that. So to those who stayed, who believed, who chose empathy over judgment...thank you."
