The video taken from Saif Ali Khan's apartment complex was then used to track down the stabber, who was later identified as Mohammad Shariful Islam Shehzad, throughout the city. CCTV footage from a camera in Andheri's DN Nagar shows the suspects. He was seen getting off a two-wheeler in the video, and the registration number of the vehicle allowed for its tracking.
