Saif Ali Khan Attack Case: Saif Ali Khan was brutally beaten late yesterday night in Bandra West during a purported robbery attempt. With the assistance of local auto-rickshaw driver Bhajan Singh, the actor, hardly able to walk, was taken to Lilavati Hospital. Some media reports claimed that the rickshaw driver refused to take any money in exchange for this service.
Singh, a Khar (East) resident, claimed that a staff member stopped his car outside the Satguru Sharan building and begged for immediate assistance. The Pataudi Palace owner relied on a rickshaw even though he had access to cars worth several crores.
Speaking to ANI, the auto rickshaw driver Bhajan Singh revealed that he has not been contacted by Kareena Kapoor or any one else to date. "I was called there (Bandra Police Station) for questioning…I did not think about money that night…I have not been contacted by Kareena Kapoor or anyone else so far. I have not had any conversation with them."
