Did Salman Khan Kill The Blackbuck? In an incident dating back to 1998, Bollywood superstar Salman Khan found himself at the center of a prolonged legal battle, alongside his Hum Saath-Saath Hain co-stars Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, and Sonali Bendre, who were collectively accused of poaching endangered blackbucks in a rural Rajasthan village. Over the past 26 years, the case has witnessed numerous twists and turns, including Salman's arrest. Compounding the actor's woes, he has recently been subjected to grave death threats from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, who reverence blackbucks as sacred animals and vehemently demand that Salman issue a public apology for his alleged role in the poaching incident.

Amidst the ongoing controversy, a decade-old interview from 2008 has resurfaced on social media platforms, notably on Reddit, where Salman Khan explicitly denies involvement in the blackbuck shooting.

In the interview Salman Khan said, “There’s a long story there. And… I wasn’t the one who shot the blackbuck.” When the journalist pointed out why he did not accuse anyone, the actor said, “There’s no point.” Watch the whole interview here:

Despite having Y+ security cover, typically reserved for high-risk public figures, recent events have heightened concerns for the Dabangg star. The murder of politician and Salman's friend, Baba Siddique, has raised eyebrows. Salman's father, Salim Khan, recently claimed, "Salman never killed any animal. We haven't even killed a cockroach."

Salim Khan further noted, “Did Salman commit any crime? Have you seen it? Do you know? Have you investigated? We have never even used a gun. Salman said he wasn't even there at that time. Usko koi shauq nahi janwar maarne ka.. (he has no interest in killing animals)..he loves animals.”
