Sanjay Dutt is currently the top choice to play the antagonist in movies after he impressed the audience with his performance in the Kannada blockbuster movie 'KGF Chapter 2'. The actor will now star in another Kannada movie titled 'KD The Devil' and will be seen as the villain named Dhak Deva. On the special occasion of his birthday, the actor shared the first look and poster from his upcoming movie.

Sharing the poster, Sanjay Dutt wrote, "The Lord of Devil’s Democracy, Dhak Dev, steps into #KD's Vintage Battlefield, bringing a storm of intensity."

Expressing his excitement about working with Sanjay Dutt, director Prem said, "Who doesn't know the mammothness of Sanjay Dutt in the film industry? He comes with so many impactful roles. His Munnabhai is still celebrated so much, I feel very thankful and blessed that he agreed to do this film, and it was a pleasure working with him."

Sanjay Dutt added, "I am excited to be a part of KD- The Devil. I loved the way Prem Sir had envisioned the world that the film is set in. It’s a period actioner and a pan India film. I thoroughly enjoyed being part of a team which had some of the best minds in the industry collaborating for this project.”

Talking about the film, Sanjay earlier said, “I worked in KGF and now I am working with director Prem in KD – The Devil. I am really looking forward to it and I wish the team all the best. I also feel that I am going to work more in South Indian films."

On the work front, the actor was last seen in 'Leo' as the main antagonist along with Thalapathy Vijay, Arjun Sarja, Trisha, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Mysskin, Madonna Sebastian, George Maryan, Mansoor Ali Khan, Priya Anand and Mathew Thomas.
