Shah Rukh Khan's Ask SRK Session: Shah Rukh Khan has created a lot of hype about the next film 'Dunki' after the grand success of 'Jawan' and 'Pathaan'. The superstar is active on social media and regularly interacts with fans. He conducted an 'Ask SRK' session on the Sunday afternoon where he answered his fans' questions about 'Dunki', his favourite song from the movie, working with the filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani and more.

A fan asked Shah Rukh Khan about what aspect of 'Dunki' the audience should be excited for. The actor wrote on X, "It’s very funny and then extremely emotional… @RajkumarHirani brand of cinema. #Dunki."

The 'Pathaan' star also answered what he knew about 'Dunki' before signing the film and what was the most fascinating part of it. He posted, "Actually hardly anything. Raju and Abhijaat brought it to my knowledge. It’s fascinating….dangerous and quite an overwhelming experience to have learnt about it and portray parts of it. #Dunki."

Talking about his favourite songs from the movie, Shah Rukh Khan posted, "I love romance so the romantic track I really like in the film and also a very cool Punjabi song….can't decide between the two. #Dunki."

The actor revealed that the song 'Nikle The Kabhi Hum Ghar Se' reminds him of his parents, friends and his old days in Delhi.

Talking about working with Rajkumar Hirani, he wrote on X, "And that’s the right reason. I am also excited to be in a Raju film. Films are a directors medium….hero toh aate jaate rehte hain! #Dunki."

In an earlier interview with The Deadline, Shah Rukh Khan talked about the plot of 'Dunki' and said that his film is a 'story of people who want to come back home when you finally get the calling.'

“In English, my film would be called Donkey. But the way, a part of India pronounces the word, it is ‘Dunki’. The Punjabis say it as Dunki. How much should I tell you about the film…It is a film directed by one of the most brilliant filmmakers we have in our country, Mr Raju Hirani. It is written by a fantastic writer, Abhijat Joshi. It is a story of people who want to come back home when you finally get the calling,” he told The Deadline.

"It is a comic film. His films are always a mix of comedy and a lot of emotions about the country. So, it is a big journey for me and the film goes through different areas around the world and finally comes back home to India," he added.

'Dunki also stars Taapsee Pannu, Boman Irani and Vicky Kaushal in the pivotal roles. The movie will release on December 21 worldwide.
