Shah Rukh Khan's Aryan Khan is one of the most popular star kids in the film industry and has gained a fan following as well. He has reportedly become the owner of a luxury property in Delhi. According to reports by The Economics Times, Aryan has bought two floors at Panchsheel Park in South Delhi for a huge amount. The transaction was reportedly registered in May 2024 and a stamp duty was also paid for the same.

Aryan Khan reportedly paid Rs 37 crore for two floors and has purchased the basement and ground floor of the building, where his parents Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan used to live in the early days. Gauri Khan has designed the house as well.

On the work front, Aryan Khan will make his directorial debut with the web series 'Stardom'. Bobby Deol and Mona Kapoor have reportedly been cast in the pivotal roles. Shah Rukh Khan, Ranbir Kapoor and Ranveer Singh will reportedly have cameo roles.

'Stardom' will focus on the glamorous life in Bollywood. According to Pinkvilla, "Besides writing the project, Aryan will also be directing it. He had taken complete charge of the test shoot that took place on Friday and Saturday. As a part of his and the crew’s prep, Aryan wanted to bring everyone together and understand the project before they actually start shooting for it. He is very passionate about this yet untitled show and has already begun work on the pre-production. They will finalise the actual shooting dates soon."
