Shikhar Pahariya marked International Women’s Day 2025 with a heartfelt Instagram post, celebrating the strong women in his life. Among them, he dedicated a touching message to his girlfriend, Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor, praising her strength, resilience and unwavering spirit.
Reflecting on the importance of celebrating women, Shikhar wrote, “Some days on the calendar remind us to celebrate women. But do we truly understand what that means?" He expressed gratitude for the women who have shaped him, including his grandmother Ujwala Shinde and his mother Smruti Shinde. However, his words for Janhvi stood out as he described her as a woman who refuses to conform to expectations.

Speaking about Janhvi, Shikhar shared, “She carries a rare determination—the kind that doesn’t break under scrutiny or bow to pressure. She loves fiercely, dreams boldly, and proves every single day that resilience isn’t just about surviving—it’s about thriving." Along with his message, he posted pictures of Janhvi, including one with her pet dog, a behind-the-scenes moment from her 2020 film Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl, and a family photo featuring Khushi Kapoor, Boney Kapoor and himself.
Janhvi was visibly touched by his tribute and responded in the comments, calling him the “best son, best grandson, best friend, best ever" with a heart emoji. Her brother, actor Arjun Kapoor, also reacted to the post with a clapping emoji, showing his appreciation for the heartfelt words.
