Singham Again Release Date: This year's Independence Day weekend is high on anticipation and expectation as Rohit Shetty and Ajay Devgn's 'Singham Again', the third installment of the Singham franchise, was set to go head-to-head with Allu Arjun and Sukumar’s 'Pushpa 2: The Rule' and comedy drama 'Khel Khel Mein' starring Akshay Kumar, Taapsee Pannu, Vaani Kapoor, Ammy Virk, and Fardeen Khan. However, it seems that one of the biggest Bollywood clash has been saved. During a recent event Ajay hinted at the possibility of the movie's release being postponed.
Now, on June 14, the team behind the film made an official announcement revealing the new release date. Taking to his social media, Ajay Devgn shared a new poster of 'Singham Again' on his Instagram handle and revealed that it is going to release on Diwali, which is scheduled for October 29, 2024. "#SinghamAgain roaring this Diwali 2024," he wrote. The film features Kareena Kapoor, Tiger Shroff, Deepika Padukone, Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Arjun Kapoor, and Jackie Shroff, alongside Ajay Devgn.

The Maidaan actor recently explained 'Singham Again' is being postponed, "We are uncertain if the film will be ready by August 15th. We don't want to rush it. Many times, hurrying can lead to subpar work, so we will take our time to complete the film." The decision to postpone was influenced by the film's extensive cast, including Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Kareena Kapoor Khan, and Arjun Kapoor, which required more time than initially expected.
Meanwhile, Nikkhil Advani and John Abraham starrer Vedaa also opted to shift their release from July 12th to avoid a clash. However, reports emerged that 'Pushpa 2 - The Rule' will also delay its Independence Day release due to incomplete shooting caused by Allu Arjun's health issues, resulting in nearly a month of lost filming time. Despite earlier confidence in meeting the deadline, the makers have now informed their Hindi distributors about the change in release plans.
