Filmmaker Rohit Shetty shared a new picture of Ajay Devgn from the sets of their upcoming film Singham Again. The photo, taken during the Kashmir shooting schedule, shows Ajay Devgn posing with commandos, rifles, and battle tanks. Dropping the pictures, Rohit Shetty captioned, "Bajirao Singham! SSP (SOG) Special Operations Group. Jammu and Kashmir Police. 'Singham Again'. Coming soon! Check it out here."

In the photos, Ajay, dressed in uniform, is surrounded by J&K Police vehicles.

This marks the fifth installment in Shetty's Cop Universe and a direct sequel to Singham Returns (2014). According to trade reports, the film is expected to create history with Rs 300 crore in kitty. "If Released Solo - #SinghamAgain would be the First 300 Cr Film of #AjayDevgn & high chance of entering into ₹ 400 cr Club as well. #Singham," Sumit Kadel wrote.

About Singham Again

The upcoming Hindi-language action film directed is jointly produced by Rohit Shetty Picturez, Reliance Entertainment, Jio Studios, Devgn Films, and Cinergy. Ajay Devgn returns in the titular role, joined by Kareena Kapoor Khan, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Jackie Shroff, Arjun Kapoor, Akshay Kumar, and Tiger Shroff.

Recently, Jackie Shroff, expressed his gratitude to the Jammu and Kashmir government for their support to the film industry. "The people here are incredibly helpful and kind, and the administration is very supportive. The way this place is beautiful; the same way your people are beautiful. It was a lot of fun. You have handled so much. And film support, police support, army support, people's support, everyone's support. And it was nice to see so many tourists. Everyone enjoyed. The people here also enjoyed it. We enjoyed it the most. We love you very much," he told ANI.

The project was first announced in September 2017 under the working title Singham 3, with the official title revealed in December 2022. Filming began in September 2023, with principal photography taking place in Mumbai and Hyderabad. Singham Again is set for a theatrical release on November 15, 2024, coinciding with Diwali.
