On Thursday, May 23, 2024, the film had an overall Malayalam occupancy of 48.53%. The breakdown of occupancy throughout the day shows strong audience turnout, with morning shows at 49.73%, afternoon shows at 43.01%, evening shows at 46.84%, and night shows peaking at 54.53%.

In 'Turbo,' Mammootty portrays Aruvipurathu Jose, also known as Turbo Jose, a Jeep driver from Idukki who encounters trouble and is compelled to relocate to Chennai. There, he becomes involved with Indhulekha, played by Anjana Jayaprakash, and her brother Jerry. However, unforeseen challenges emerge, including confrontations with Vetrivel Shanmugha Sundaram, portrayed by Raj B. Shetty, along with his associates Auto Billa, played by Sunil, and Vincent, portrayed by Kabir Duhan Singh.

Turbo also stars Bindu Panicker as Rosakutty, Jose's teacher, Janardhanan as Aruvipurath Mathachan, Jose's father, and Siddique as Aruvipurath Joseph, Jose's elder brother.
