South OTT Releases This Week: This week has seen a number of intriguing over-the-top (OTT) releases, including the Hindi adaptation of Vijay Sethupathi's Viduthalai Part 2, Balaji Murugadoss' Tamil murder thriller Fire, Hari Bhaskar's debut film, Mr. House Keeping, and Sundeep Kishan's most recent Telugu romantic comedy Mazaka, among others. This list also includes several other web series and movies that are worth binge-watching and will keep you busy throughout the week.

From action drama to mystery-thriller movies and exciting webseries, there is something for everyone this week. Check out March 24 to 30th South Indian releases on OTT.

Mr House Keeping

Where to watch: Aha Tamil, Tentkotta

The movie is about a cheerful man who decides to work as a housekeeper to supplement his income. The house where he works is owned by a girl who turned down his proposal of love a few years prior, which is where the twist starts. Afterwards, the two decide to become friends. But when she becomes engaged to someone else, things change.

Viduthalai Part 2

This period crime thriller, which is a follow-up to Viduthalai Part 2 (2023), carries on the tale of Perumal Vaathiyaar, a straightforward schoolteacher who transforms into a militant communist leader after coming clean about his background and gaining power.

Fire

An unidentified attacker masterminded the enigmatic disappearance of a physiotherapist at the start of the Fire tale. Saravanan, a talented police officer, is given the task of investigating a case that has been filed by the grieving family. Investigating further reveals secrets that cast doubt on whether the disappearance was an act of will or the result of a well-planned crime, suggesting something much darker.

Oru Jaathi Jathakam

Where to watch: ManoramaMAX

In Oru Jaathi Jathakam, Jayesh, a Malabar native, meets a woman who claims to be able to read palms. When Jayesh consents to have his palm read, the woman's ominous forecasts of 'the worst time of his life,'turmoil,' and 'troubles' leave him speechless.

The Extraordinary Journey Of The Fakir

Where to watch: Aha

Dhanush featured in The Extraordinary Journey of the Fakir, his first overseas film, in 2018. The film discusses and presents immigration from around the world in a good light. The narrative starts in India and follows Ajatashatru Lavash Patel, the main character, as he travels to Paris, London, and Libya, among other places. Along the way, it draws attention to the difficulties faced by immigrants everywhere. In the first quarter of 2020, the Tamil adaptation, Pakkiri, was made available in theaters.

Seruppugal Jaakirathai

Rathinam, the protagonist of the story, is a diamond smuggler who conceals one of his priceless jewels inside a show. He swaps his shoe for an auditor's, Thyagarajan's, out of fear that authorities could search him. After he and his son misplace the sneaker, they embark on an amusing and thrilling quest to locate it.

Om Kali Jai Kali

Where to watch: JioHotstar

To ensure a pan-Indian appeal, Om Kali Jai Kali will also be accessible in Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi, Bengali, and Marathi, extending its reach beyond Tamil listeners. Fans of gripping thrillers and psychological mysteries should not miss this web series because of its captivating premise, outstanding performers, and eerie atmosphere.

Aghathiyaa

From a lowly beginning, Aghathiyaa (Jiiva) is now an art director in the film industry. His producer backs off and abruptly stops filming after hundreds of thousands of dollars have been spent erecting a set in Pondicherry. Veena (played by Raashi Khanna), Aghathiyaa's girlfriend, who is unsure of what to do, suggests turning the set into a spooky house and turning it into a business. What transpires, then, when Aghathiyaa becomes engaged and haunting events actually start to happen?

Mazaka

Mazaka tells the tale of a father and son who are committed to using Krishna's marriage to start a family. But because families won't send their daughters to a home without a woman, their attempts are constantly frustrated. Krishna falls in love with Meera during this time and makes an effort to win her over. Ramana chooses to wed Yashoda in order to provide for his son, and he falls in love with her right away. Up until they learn the startling fact that Meera and Yashoda are niece and aunt, their love stories appear to be going smoothly.

Sabdham

Aadhi plays Ruben in Sabdham, a paranormal investigator assigned to a medical institution to investigate the disappearances of college students. As he works on his own hypotheses, he encounters Avantika (Lakshmi Menon), a resident physician and junior lecturer who is doing her thesis on hallucinations and does not believe in the paranormal. The situation becomes more complicated, however, when a third student passes away in a similarly enigmatic manner.
