Varun Tej And Lavanya Tripathi To Tie The Knot In Italy: Varun Tej Konidela and Lavanya Tripathi are overjoyed as they prepare for their lavish wedding celebration. On June 9, the two actors officially got engaged in a private ceremony held in Hyderabad, taking their relationship to the next level. Now, they are getting ready for their extravagant destination wedding in Italy.
Following the wedding, which will be an intimate affair with family, Varun and Lavanya plan to host a grand reception in Hyderabad, inviting their industry colleagues, politicians, and business figures to join in the celebration, according to a Pinkvilla report.
Varun Tej and Lavanya Tripathi have been in a committed relationship for almost five years. Throughout this period, the couple successfully kept their relationship private and away from the public eye.
However, the wedding date for Varun Tej and Lavanya is yet to be finalised, and an official announcement regarding the same will be made soon.
For the unversed, Varun Tej Konidela is the son of actor Nagendra Babu, also known as Naga Babu. He is the nephew of Megastar Chiranjeevi and Power Star Pawan Kalyan. His younger sister, Niharika, is both a producer and an actress. Among his cousins are Ram Charan, Allu Arjun, Allu Sirish, Sai Dharam Tej, and Panja Vaisshnav Tej. Varun has primarily worked in Telugu films.
Varun made his debut as a lead actor in the movie 'Mukunda,' directed by Srikanth Addala, where he starred alongside Pooja Hegde. His second film, 'Kanche,' a groundbreaking Indian film based on WWII, achieved tremendous success, and Varun's portrayal of Dhupati Haribabu received critical acclaim. Additionally, he took on the role of the protagonist in the space thriller film 'Antariksham 9000 kmph.'
Lavanya Tripathi hails from a non-filmy background. Her father is a practicing lawyer in the High Court and Civil Court, while her mother is a retired teacher. Despite this, Lavanya has starred in numerous Tamil and Telugu films.
She gained recognition for her roles in movies like 'Bhale Bhale Magadivoy' (2015), 'Soggade Chinni Nayana' (2016), and 'Maayavan' (2017). Her journey in the film industry began with her feature film debut in the 2012 Telugu movie 'Andala Rakshasi' after a friend encouraged her to audition for the role.
Her portrayal of Midhuna in the film earned her critical acclaim, and she was honoured with the Best Debutante Award from Maa TV. The following year, she achieved success with 'Doosukeltha.' In 2014, she made her Tamil cinema debut with the film 'Brahman,' where she played the role of an aspiring journalist named Gayathri.
