Stree 2 Box Office Collection Day 9: Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor's film continues its unstoppable run, surpassing ₹300 crore at the box office and maintaining strong performance since its August 15 release. The horror-comedy directed by Amar Kaushik has had a stellar first week, collecting a remarkable ₹294 crore nett during its extended eight-day run. On Thursday alone, it added ₹16.8 crore nett to its total, pushing the film beyond the ₹300 crore mark and showcasing its strong and sustained performance at ticket windows.

According to sacnilk, Stree 2 earned ₹8.5 crore nett from its paid previews before its official release. The film opened strongly with ₹51.8 crore on Thursday, followed by ₹31.4 crore on its first Friday and ₹43.85 crore on Saturday. It reached its peak on Sunday with a remarkable ₹55.9 crore. Even on Monday, a weekday, the film brought in ₹38.1 crore. It continued to perform well with ₹25.8 crore on Tuesday and ₹19 crore on Wednesday. A week after its release, collections fell slightly, with Thursday’s earnings at ₹16.8 crore, bringing the total for the first week to ₹291.65 crore.
On Friday, Stree 2 is estimated to have added ₹16.50 crore, pushing its nine-day total to approximately ₹308.15 crore net in India. The film has successfully crossed the ₹300 crore mark within its first week. According to Box Office India, Stree 2 is in competition with major releases like 'Pathaan,' 'Jawan,' 'Gadar 2,' and 'Animal.'

Although Stree 2 benefited from a holiday week, its success is largely due to its strong appeal, as it amassed ₹308 crore nett—significantly outperforming other films like 'Khel Khel Mein' and 'Vedaa,' which struggled to achieve similar results during comparable periods.
The film features a stellar cast including Rajkummar Rao, Shraddha Kapoor, Aparshakti Khurana, Abhishek Banerjee, and Pankaj Tripathi, with Akshay Kumar making a special appearance and Varun Dhawan reprising his role as Bhediya. In Stree 2, the village of Chanderi faces a menacing threat from a sinister entity named Sarkata. The villagers turn to Stree for assistance in dealing with this formidable adversary.
