Nitesh Tiwari is undeniably a remarkable filmmaker, with a portfolio of some of the most memorable films, such as 'Dangal,' 'Chillar Party,' 'Bareilly Ki Barfi,' and others. His recent project, 'Bawaal,' featuring Janhvi Kapoor and Varun Dhawan, garnered significant attention with its plot and turned out to be a success.

Another acclaimed film in his repertoire is 'Chhichhore,' praised for its engaging storyline and fabulous cast, including Sushant Singh Rajput, Shraddha Kapoor, Varun Sharma, Naveen Polishetty, and more. Fans have been curious about the possibility of a sequel, and here's what the director had to say about it.

Tiwari told Pinkvilla, "Sequels I am completely open to. In fact, I would love to do a sequel to Chhichhore when the idea comes to me. So far, it has not come to me."

Additionally, Tiwari expressed his deep emotional connection to the film and stated his eagerness to create a sequel for it. Now, the question arises whether he and Sajid Nadiadwala will collaborate once more for this project. Moreover, there is curiosity about the cast, as the ensemble in the first instalment set a high standard that might be challenging to surpass.

The director has been tight-lipped about the details of the project and is currently waiting for the right inspiration to bring the sequel of 'Chhichhore' to fruition. "I honestly would love to see where the second part of the film takes the story of those interesting characters," he said.
