The first look of Tabu as Sister Francesca in Dune: Prophecy is out. The actress, who eagerly signed on to the prequel series to Denis Villeneuve's Dune films, appears compelling in the new image. Set 10,000 years before Paul Atreides' ascent, Dune: Prophecy follows the struggle of two Harkonnen sisters fighting to protect humanity's future. In the newly released still, Tabu, dressed in all black, delivers a powerful and intense portrayal of Sister Francesca.

The actor is thrilled to join the Dune universe and is delighted by the trust the creators have placed in her to bring this character to life. Confessing that she said yes to Denis Villeneuve's Dune, 'without batting an eyelid', the actress added, "It has been an extraordinary experience playing Sister Francesca in Dune: Prophecy right from the moment I was approached for it, and I said yes without batting an eyelid."
