Siddharth-starrer 'Takkar' is all set to release on OTT less than a month after its theatrical release. The movie revolves around a happy-go-lucky young guy named Gunashekhar 'Guns' whose only aim in life is to get rich but his aim leads to some unforeseen circumstances.

'Takkar' will release on Netflix on July 7.
Directed by Karthik G. Krish, 'Takkar' also stars Divyansha Kaushik and Yogi Babu with Abhimanyu Singh, Munishkanth and RJ Vigneshkanth in supporting roles.
The movie is produced by Sudhan Sundaram and Jayaram of Passion Studios. The technical team includes Vanchinathan Murugesan handling the cinematography and GA Gowtham taking care of the editing.
In an interview with DT Next, Siddharth talked about his role in 'Takkar'. He said, “I play the role of a small-town boy, who aims to make it big in Chennai. And he questions when injustice happens to someone. I could relate to it as it is pretty much my off-screen persona too. Karthik G Krish was clear in what he wanted and we went by his vision.”
On the work front, Siddharth will star in S Shankar's directorial 'Indian 2'. Talking about the film, he said “If I spill the beans on my role in Indian 2, Shankar sir would not spare me. We will talk about it soon.”
'Indian 2' stars Kamal Haasan in the lead role along with Vivek, Kajal Aggarwal, Rakul Preet, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Gurusomasundaram, Bobby Simha, Manobala, Samuthirakani, George Maryan and Delhi Ganesh in supporting roles.
