Zoya Akhtar’s next directorial venture ‘The Archies’ is set to introduce new talents in the Hindi film industry. From Suhana Khan to Khushi Kapoor, the entire team of ‘The Archies’ has brand new blood. Fans are keenly waiting for the film as the first posters and teaser of the film gives an appealing glimpse of what’s in the bag. However, ahead of their big OTT debut, the leading cast of the team will possibly be seen on Karan Johar’s iconic talk show, ‘Koffee With Karan.’ The filmmaker recently announced the 8th season of his show.
According to a report from Pinkvilla, Suhana Khan, Khushi Kapoor, and Agastya Nanda have started the shoot of their episode, ahead of their film’s release. The report mentioned, “After watching their parents on the Koffee couch for years now, Suhana, Khushi, and Agastya are truly excited to make their Koffee With Karan debut. It will be like a promotional event for The Archies. In all likelihood, the shoot for the episode will happen next month.”
The report also stated that the other actors from the film including Vedang Raina, Mihir Ahuja, Dot, and Yuvraj Menda might also make an appearance on the show. The report further stated, “The episode will largely focus on the growing up years of the three-star kids, their debut, and their experience of being born in families with a film lineage. Karan has seen them right from the time they were kids and he’s equally elated to be hosting them on the show. The audience is definitely in for some interesting tea.”

Though the makers of both the ventures have not released an official statement, the rumour mills are running strong on such reports. On the other hand, ‘The Archies’ talks about friendship, love, heartbreak, freedom, and rebel, and mainly is a coming-of-age musical project which will hit screens on December 7 on Netflix.
