The Vaccine War Day 5: Nana Patekar’s Science Educator Venture Continues Its Struggle Amid Long Weekend Theatre Rush

‘The Vaccine War’ features Nana Patekar, Pallavi Joshi, Raima Sen, and Anupam Kher in the lead roles. The film is directed by Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri and is produced by Pallavi Joshi. ‘The Vaccine War’ hit theaters on September 28, and witnessed a clash with ‘Fukrey 3’. However, the film is raking in big numbers at the box office, leaving ‘The Vaccine War’ with poor numbers, producing the bare minimum at the box office. ‘The Vaccine War’ also stars Sapthami Gowda, Girija Oak, and Anupam Kher in pivotal roles.

The film raked Rs 1.50 Crore at the box office on Day 5, taking the total collection of the film to be around Rs 7.25 Crore. The film is also facing tough competition from Kangana Ranaut’s ‘Chandramukhi 3’ which is minting big numbers at the box office. ‘The Vaccine War’s opening day collection was around Rs 85 Lakh.

The medical entertainer revolves around the medical fraternity of the Indian Council of Medical Research during the crucial times of the pandemic. The film showcased and applauded the journey of the Indian scientist making India’s first indigenous vaccine which became an instant success.
