Top 10 Indian Crime Thriller Movies On OTT: Vikrant Massey’s Sector 36 is currently streaming on OTT giant Netflix. The movie, based on true events, is about the Nithari Serial Killings between 2005 and 2006. Going by fans’ and critics’ reviews and ratings, Sector 36 has been declared one of the best Indian crime thrillers on OTT. There have been several other crime thrillers on Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+Hotstar, JioCinema and more, that have still been ruling the hearts of the OTT audience.
Jaane Jaan, which was released in 2023, was praised for its content and the suspenseful plot. Directed by Sujoy Ghosh, Jaane Jaan is based on the 2005 novel The Devotion of Suspect X by Japanese novelist Keigo Higashino. The movie stars Kareena Kapoor Khan, Vijay Varma and Jaideep Ahlawat in lead roles.

His quest to recover the elusive "lakshmi" unfolds.
Another Indian crime thriller, titled NH10, starring Anushka Sharma, tells the story of a young couple whose road trip goes away after an encounter with a group of violent criminals. The title refers to the National Highway 10 that connects Delhi to the town of Fazilka in Punjab.The movie released theatrically on 13 March 2015 to high critical acclaim. The film went on to become a sleeper hit, earning over ₹320 million (US$3.8 million) net at the box office.
