IMDb's Top 10 Most Popular Hindi OTT Movies 2023: With 2023 coming to an end, IMDb has released a list of the most popular Indian web series of the year which managed to impress the audience. From the adult-rated web show Lust Stories 2 to Kareena Kapoor Khan's debut OTT movie Jaane Jaan, many critically acclaimed shows found a place on the IMDb's list of Top 10.

Lust Stories 2 (Netflix)

Lust Stories 2 is a collection of four short films by four eminent directors that explore the themes of sex, desire and love. It is the sequel to 2018's popular Emmy-nominated web series. It starred Kajol, Neena Gupta, Tamannaah Bhatia, Vijay Varma, Mrunal Thakur, and Angad Bedi among other prominent actors.

Jaane Jaan (Netflix)

Directed by Sujoy Ghosh, Jaane Jaan marked Kareena Kapoor Khan's OTT debut. It also starred Jaideep Ahlawat and Vijay Varma in the lead. The Netflix movie draws inspiration from the internationally acclaimed Japanese masterpiece 'The Devotion of Suspect X'. The book is written by Keigo Higashino.

Mission Majnu (Netflix)

Sidharth Malhotra and Rashmika Mandanna starrer Mission Majnu explored the themes of national security. Sidharth played the role of an undercover Indian spy who aims to expose a covert waepons program in Pakistan. Not just the performance but the songs also managed to make a place in viewers' hearts.

Bawaal (Prime Video)

Nitesh Tiwari's masterpiece Bawaal is about the similarities between World War II and our internal war; the fight between the past, present, and the future; and the reality we do not want to face. It stars Varun Dhawan as a history teacher and Janhvi Kapoor as his wife.

Chor Nikal Ke Bhaga (Netflix)

Sunny Kaushal and Yami Gautam's Chor Nikal Ke Bhaga show a couple planning to steal diamonds on a flight to clear an old debt but things turn chaotic when the plane gets into a hostage situation.

Bloody Daddy (JioCinema)

Shahid Kapoor's Blood Daddy earned applaud from all corners. The action thriller film directed by Ali Abbas Zafar showed the actor as a police office who gets trapped in a drug deal which results in his son getting kidnapped. It is an adaptation of the 2011 French film Sleepless Night which has earlier been remade in Tamil.

Sirf Ek Banda Kaafi Hai (Zee5)

Sirf Ek Banda Kaafi Hai is just another example of Manoj Bajpaee's powerful acting and screen presence. He plays the role of a lawyer who is determined to get justice for a girl against a god man. The film is directed by Apoorv Singh Karki.

Gaslight (Disney+ Hotstar)

The mystery-thriller film Gaslight starred Sara Ali Khan, Vikrant Massey and Chitrangada Singh in lead roles. The OTT movie showed Sara in a new light with a new character. She earned appreciation from the audience for her screen presence.

Kathal: A Jackfruit Mystery (Netflix)

Jackfruit is missing from a local politician's garden and police is searching for it. This makes the story of Netflix movie Kathal: A Jackfruit Mystery. The film is said to be based on a true story and stars Sanya Malhotra, Anant V Joshi, Vijay Raaz, and Rajpal Yadav.

Mrs Undercover (Zee5)

Spy comedy drama Mrs Undercover stars Radhika Apte along with Sumeet Vyas and Rajesh Sharma. It show the actress as an undercover agent living a normal middle class life as a housewife who is assignd a task after 10 years.
