Sarfira
Featuring Akshay Kumar as Vir Mhatre, a determined young man from a remote village who aspires to make air travel affordable for all by launching his own low-cost airline, is most awiated. Despite facing financial challenges, industry skepticism, and personal sacrifices, Vir's unwavering determination and innovative spirit drive him toward his ambitious goal. This incredible true story, set against the backdrop of startups and aviation, encourages the common man to dream big and pursue their aspirations, no matter how impossible they may seem.
Sarfira is a remake of the highly successful Tamil film Soorarai Potru, which starred Suriya and received numerous accolades, including five National Awards. Suriya makes a special cameo appearance, while the supporting cast includes Paresh Rawal and Radhika Madan. Directed by National Award-winning director Sudha Kongara, who also helmed the original version, "Sarfira" is set to soar into theaters this week.

The film carries forward the legacy of its groundbreaking 1996 predecessor, with Kamal Haasan once again embodying the iconic role of Senapathy. The role demands immense dedication, requiring him to undergo nearly seven hours of makeup daily to transform into the 90-year-old freedom fighter turned vigilante. As the older, wiser, and more formidable Senapathy, he takes on corruption with zero tolerance, promising audiences an action-packed and thought-provoking cinematic journey. Upon returning to India from Hong Kong, Senapathy discovers widespread corruption through social media and teams up with Chitra Varadharajan, an online crusader against corrupt politicians.
Directed by Shankar, Indian 2 features a stellar cast including Siddharth, Rakul Preet Singh, Brahmanandam, and S. J. Suryah. This movie marks Shankar's first collaboration with music director Anirudh, promising exciting and memorable soundtracks. The highly anticipated sequel will be available in Tamil, Hindi, and Telugu.

Horror thriller of the year, directed by Osgood Perkins, stars Maika Monroe, Nicolas Cage, and Alicia Witt. As Harker delves deeper into the investigation, she discovers unsettling connections to occult practices and a personal link to the killer.
