Upcoming South Theatrical Releases In September: The month of September is going to be filled with full of entertainment for movie watchers as some of the big banner movies are coming their way. Some popular films like Devara: Part 1 to The Greatest of All Time will be released in September in theatres. Movie lovers can watch diverse and different genres in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada in theatres next month. The month is expected to bring some special set of movies. Check out the list of anticipated South movies releasing in theatres in September 2024.  

Devara: Part 1 (Telugu)

Koratala Siva’s directorial is set against the backdrop of coastal lands, which will showcase emotionally charged incidents in the periodic timeline. The protagonist will be seen as a rescuer of deprived people from the evildoers.  The movie stars Jr NTR, Janhvi Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, Ramya Krishnan and Prakash Raj in key roles. 

Devara: Part 1 Release Date: 27th September 2024

The Greatest of All Time (Tamil)

Venkat Prabhu’s directorial delves into the life of a man who works as a hostage negotiator, field agent and also a spy in the Special Anti-Terrorist Squad. But his previous actions created a problem in the present. The Sci-fi action movie stars Vijay, Meenakshi Chaudhary, Malvika Sharma, Prashanth Thyagarajan and Raghava Lawrence in prominent roles. 

The Greatest of All Time Release Date: 5th September

Ajayante Randam Moshanam (Malayalam)

Jithin Lal’s directorial is set in Northern Kerala and promises to showcase the three-time period 1900, 1950 and 1990. Three people from different generations will give their everything to protect the most important treasure of the Land. The movie stars Tovino Thomas, Krithi Shetty, Sathyaraj, Harish Uthaman and Aishwarya Rajesh in prominent roles.

Karki Nanu BA, LLB (Kannada)

Pavithran’s directorial delves into the story of an ordinary person who is trapped in caste-based discrimination. It will showcase how he fights against the stereotypical social norms. The movie features Jai Prakash Reddy, Meenakshi Dinesh, Sadhu Kokila, Bala Rajwadi and Mimicry Gopi in key roles.
