Stree 2’s cast has been basking in the success as the movie earned Rs 228.45 crore after 5 days of its release. The cast of the horror comedy-drama recently celebrated the success party. In a recent viral video, Tamannaah Bhatia was seen dancing to the hit song Aaj Ki Raat with her Stree 2 costar Shraddha Kapoor. Bhatia’s boyfriend Vijay Varma was seen whistling as she was grooving in the popular song. Kapoor on the other hand, took a bow to the actress. Kriti Sanon was also seen shaking her legs with Tamannaah. The song is from the movie itself.

Stree 2 has been directed by Amar Kaushik. The horror-comedy drama showcased that women in Chanderi have been abducted mysteriously by a headless entity. The protagonist with his friends steps into a mission to save the town. The movie stars Shraddha Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao, Aparshakti Khurana, Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee and Aakash Dabhade in key roles. The blockbuster movie also featured Tamanna Bhatia, Varun Dhawan and Akshay Kumar in a cameo appearance. The movie was released on Independence Day clashing with other movies like Khel Khel Mein and John Abraham’s Vedaa. 

It is the sequel to Stree which showcased that men were attacked at night during the festivals. The people of Chanderi live under constant fear. The protagonist and his friends go on a mission to solve the mystery. As per a report by Sacnilk, the 2018 movie was made on a budget of Rs 30 Crore and it collected Rs 129.83 Crore after 8 weeks of its release.
