Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: The upcoming episodes of one of the longest-running TV series, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, will have a significant drama. According to recent reports, Romiit Raaj, who is now portraying Rohit Poddar in the show, will be leaving. Yes, you read that right!
Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai actor personally confirmed the news to Pinkvilla. "Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is my most special work in my life. This show meant a lot. I look forward to a new beginning. Of course, as my career has just begun." Romiit also expressed his gratitude the producer Rajan Shahi and stated, 'I waited for 18 years to work with him', " he said.

Romiit Raaj joined Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai in July 2024, taking over for Shivam Khajuria, who had played Rohit on the show before.
Additionally, Romiit Raaj praised his followers for their love and support of his persona over the years, pointing out. He further added, "I am overwhelmed with the love I am getting from fans for my role, Rohit, in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. My Mother always asked me when I would work with Rajan Sir. I am very happy I got this opportunity; it’s totally her blessings."
