Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai UPDATE: The forthcoming episodes of Star Plus' long-running series Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, which stars Rohit Purohit and Samridhii Shukla in the major roles, are going through emotional rollercoaster. The drama is preparing for a significant turning point that will enrage Abhira's fans due to changing family dynamics and growing miscommunications.

Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai witnesses Abhira's attempts to unite the family in celebration of Pookie's first Mother's Day. However, as Armaan's overprotectiveness turns into a public rage, the happy environment is swiftly destroyed. His acts put the family in disarray in addition to humiliating Abhira.

The situation becomes more tense when Armaan hires a nanny for Pookie without consulting Abhira. She challenges their relationship as parents after feeling marginalized, which sparks a furious emotional outburst. When Pookie becomes ill while Armaan is abroad, despite Abhira's best efforts to take care of her, the situation gets worse. Upon his return, Armaan misinterprets the situation, snaps at her, and removes the baby. This breaks Abhira's heart.

In an unexpected turn of events, Armaan chooses to take Pookie to Ruhi, claiming that Abhira lacks a true link with the child because she did not bear her. Abhira collapses in agony at the devastating charge. Dadi Sa, unable to stand Armaan's behaviour, smacks him for going too far, the family looks on in shock.

Armaan's actions have angered all of the Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai fans, and the promo has gone viral on social media. One of the users wrote,"Armaan taunts Abhira about her connection with Pookie.  Excuse me 'You have no right to disrespect a mother's feelings. This child is as much of abhira as yours. Pookie ko janam nhi diya seriously?" Another user wrote, "I pray that nobody ever gets a husband like Armaan. He trauma dumps on Abhira any chance he gets. Blames her for everything even when she hasn’t done anything. Idk why she puts up with him tbh. He does not deserve her at all."

Abhira's fans have called Armaan's character toxic in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. "Aesa nhi hai care karta hai abhira ki aur aaj promo me armaan ki behavior dekh ke gusa hi hai use, blind fan hi hai jo defense kar rai armaan ka behavior dekh ne baad bi," read another comment.
