The Haryana Employment Department has invited applications from eligible, educated, unemployed youth for unemployment allowance, with the last date set as November 30. The scheme applies only to residents of the Gurugram district who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria.
According to officials, applicants must be between 21 and 35 years of age and must have been registered with the Employment Department for at least three years as of November 1, 2025. The annual family income from all sources should not exceed Rs 3 lakh.
To qualify, the applicant should have passed Class 12 or completed a two-year diploma after Class 10. They must not be currently studying or engaged as a trainee or apprentice.
Additionally, the total value of the family’s residential and commercial property should not exceed Rs 10 lakh, while agricultural land must not be more than 2 hectares.

Income verification will be done through the Parivar Pehchan Patra (Family ID), and applicants with a criminal background will be considered ineligible. Eligible candidates can apply online through the Haryana Employment Department portal: www.hrex.gov.in.
