Ahmedabad Weather: The formation of Cyclone Asna in the state of Gujarat has resulted in heavy rainfall in Ahmedabad. In several places, the constant rain has caused floods and waterlogging. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) issued a yellow advisory on Monday, September 2, due to the continuing rainfall.
There is a yellow alert for thunderstorms and lightning in effect for the whole state of Gujarat today. Light rain and overcast skies have been forecast for today.
The maximum temperature is expected to be 32 degrees Celsius, with a low temperature of 25 degrees Celsius.
It is anticipated that the relative humidity will fluctuate between 66 percent and 85 percent.
Ahmedabad Weekly Forecast
Rainfall of varied intensities is predicted for the city during the course of this week. It is predicted that Ahmedabad will experience mostly overcast skies with moderate rain on September 3, 4, and 5.

It is forecasted that the high will reach 33 degrees Celsius, while the low will probably drop to 26 degrees. Later, rain or thundershowers are expected in Ahmedabad on September 6 and 7.
It is anticipated that the highest temperature will stay at 33 degrees Celsius and that the lowest temperature will drop to 26 degrees Celsius.
Yellow Alert In Gujarat
Gujarat is under a yellow alert for thunderstorms and lightning, in addition to Ahmedabad. The yellow alert covers several locations, including Kutch, Surendranagar, Rajkot, Junagadh, Gir Somnath, Porbandar, Bhavnagar, Surat, Navsari, Valsad, Chhota Udepur, and more.
On August 30, a weather system that crossed the whole Indian subcontinent from east to west occurred in Gujarat, making it an uncommon meteorological occurrence. As a result, a deep depression formed over Gujarat's Saurashtra and Kutch. On August 16, a low-pressure region over the Bay of Bengal gave rise to the system that developed into Cyclone Asna.
