Passengers aboard Air India Express flight number IX-1230 at Indira Gandhi International Airport had to go through a very bitter experience when the air-conditioning system of the plane stopped working due to a technical fault.

The passengers on the Delhi-Pune flight were trapped inside the plane for a long time in the humid and stifling heat. The flight was scheduled to depart at 4:40 am on Tuesday. Passengers were boarded at 4:20 am, but due to a technical problem, the flight could only take off after 7:45 am.

According to passengers, the AC inside the plane was constantly turning on and off during this time, making the cabin feel like a heat chamber. A user named Parag, who was on board the flight, expressed his anger by posting that after spending an hour in a stuffy cabin without AC, it was announced that the plane was returning to the bay.
