Sandhya Theatre Stampede Case: Telugu actor Allu Arjun left from Chikkadpally police station, where he was summoned for questioning for the Sandhya theatre stampede case. He was summoned by Hyderabad police today as part of the ongoing investigation into the stampede during the screening of 'Pushpa-2'.
During the questioning, the reports suggested that Allu Arjun could be taken to Sandhya Theatre again for scene reconstruction, reported Hindustan Times, citing sources. A stampede broke out at Sandhya theatre in during the screening of movie when Arjun visited the auditorium on December 4. A woman was killed and her eight-year-old son, Sri Tej, was critically injured in the stampede.
Allu Arjun was arrested by the Hyderabad police on December 13 and was later released next day after the Telangana High Court granted him interim bail. The actor and his security team along with the theatre management have been charged homicide not amounting to murder by the city police. The Hyderabad police arrested the theatre owner, general manager, and security manager on December 8 as part of the probe.

The administration also put up white sheet at the entrance of the residence of Actor Allu Arjun in Jubilee Hills while he was being questioned by the police, reported ANI.

The administration had deployed heavy security around the Chikkadpally police station amid Allu Arjun's questioning in the Sandhya Theatre case. No traffic was allowed nearby the police station.
BRS MLA Harish Rao on Tuesday said that the Telangana government has no time for the farmers and the minorities, but CM Revanth does not find time for them. "Today there are many issues including those of farmers, and minorities in Telangana but Revanth doesn't find time for them. Instead, he is personally targeting Allu Arjun. If elections are held today, Congres candidates will lose their poll deposits also. Congress has not fulfilled any promise made during campaigning," Rao was quoted as saying by the Hindustan Times.
While Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy alleged that the actor visited the theatre despite police denied the permission, the actor's team has denied the charges by stating that Arjun has done nothing wrong. The husband of the victim said that he does not blame actor for the stampede incident and is ready to withdraw all the cases. He further confirmed that he was getting all the support from the actor in his son's treatment, reported NDTV.
