Arunachal Pradesh Weather: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a weather warning for Arunachal Pradesh, forecasting heavy rainfall at isolated locations across the state until 25 May. The rainfall is expected to be accompanied by thunderstorms, lightning, and squally winds in some areas.

As of today, the daytime temperature across the region was around 27 degrees C, although it felt slightly warmer at 28 degrees C due to high humidity levels, which stood at 72 per cent . According to AccuWeather, Arunachal can expect some rain in the morning tomorrow, followed by mostly cloudy skies throughout the day with 31 degrees C temperature.

The IMD has not issued any warnings for the districts of Tawang, Kra Daadi, Kamle, Lower Siang, Upper Subansiri, Dibang Valley, and Namsai.

However, the following districts have been advised to stay alert for possible adverse weather conditions, including rain, thunderstorms, and lightning:

  • Anjaw

  • Bichom

  • Changlang

  • East Kameng

  • East Siang

  • Keyi Panyor

  • Kurung Kumey

  • Lepa-Rada

  • Lohit

  • Longding

  • Lower Dibang Valley

  • Lower Subansiri

  • Pakke Kessang

  • Papum Pare

  • Shi Yomi

  • Siang

  • Tirap

  • Upper Siang

  • West Kameng

  • West Siang

  • Ziro

Residents in these areas are urged to take necessary precautions and stay updated with local weather forecasts.
