"You didn't have the guts to visit the home of that unfortunate father whose son was washed away by your flooded " Smart City". The father had been searching for his son in the drains of the city for the whole night. More than 50 people died. 60 poorly built embankments breached - a testimony of your corruption. 52 bridges were ruined. Hundreds of roads were damaged. Emergency services were completely cut off. If you could concentrate more on these issues, the poor boy could have been saved," Assam Congress wrote on X, tagging the Chief Minister.
