A skydiver from Uttar Pradesh’s Prayagraj unfurled the Ram Temple flag at a height of 13,000 feet in Bangkok, Thailand. The skydiver, identified as Anamika Sharma (22), performed this feat ahead of the consecration ceremony of Ayodhya Ram Mandir, which is scheduled for January 22.

With bravery and dedication, Anamika Sharma hoisted the flag at an impressive height. She said that it was an honour for Prayagraj and the mythical sage Bharadwaj, who is believed to have written Vimana Shastra, a book on ancient aviation, reported news agency IANS.

Sharma’s parents, Priyanka and Ajay Kumar Sharma expressed their pride in their daughter’s achievement. "I was proud of my daughter when I found out that Anamika had done what even a boy cannot do at this age. Now, with the blessings of Lord Rama, this has happened, and she jumped from a height of 13,000 feet." Sharma's mother Priyanka Sharma said.

Sharma, who has been practising skydiving since childhood, said she was influenced by his father Ajay Kumar Sharma, a retired Army personnel and a skydiver himself, for her passion for the adventurous sport.

The act also resonated with the citizens of Thailand, where Hanuman is revered as a protector, making Sharma a source of inspiration.
