Bengaluru News: The Bengaluru Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) on July 19 launched a feeder bus service between SV Road metro station and Kaggadasapura. The authority stated that the services will be available in the morning and evening hours for the first few weeks. It further stated that the bus services will provide major relief to the residents of several regions by cutting the travel time significantly. The BMTC also stated that it will operate similar bus services in the other regions in the upcoming months to boost the regional connectivity.

While providing details, the officials stated that the bus services will also benefit the IT employees residing along Thippasandra Market Road. It stated that the employees will get the relief as the buses will mostly operate before and after the office hours. The authority stated that the bus will take more time to return as it will cover a greater number of regions.

One of the residents, who covered the distance on both the routes, stated that the total loop time was 1 hour 9 minutes. He added that the return journey takes more time as the bus travels via Thippasandra market road, reported The Hindu. The residents further stated that while the bus service will provide them the much-needed relief, they urged the authority to operate more buses in the near future.
