Bengaluru News: A group of students in Bengaluru was left wandering and stranded on the streets following alleged bullying by the building owner and her associates. The incident happened in the BTM Layout region of the high-tech city, where the students are traumatised and are seeking help from the authorities and locals.

In one of the posts on X, one of the students claimed that it all started on December 10 when a group of strangers started misbehaving with the students while they were asleep. The goons allegedly started demanding rent from the students out of nowhere. However, the students denied paying the amount as they did not recognise the goons, and they had already paid the rent.

The strangers began abusing and beating the students following their refusal to pay the amount. While one of the goons pushed one of the students on the floor, others directed the students to leave the PG. One of the students was dragged outside the PG, and even his luggage was thrown out. The post further read that one student sustained a severe injury to his left hand after being hit with a wooden object.

The situation got worse when the actual PG owner also got attacked when he tried to intervene. The situation escalated when the building owner arrived at the scene and locked the PG from the outside. She physically assaulted the PG owner and verbally abused the students too. The personal belongings, electronic gadgets, and hall tickets of the student were locked inside the PG, leaving students unable to attend exams or interviews.
