Bengaluru Weather Update: Rain in Bengaluru and other parts of Karnataka is expected to persist for another week, as a depression over the east-central Arabian Sea, located off the coast of Mangaluru, which is likely to persist until Sunday, October 26, can impact the region.

Bengaluru Weather Update: Yellow Alert Till Tomorrow

According to the latest weather forecast bulletin released by the India Meteorological Department (IMD), Bengaluru has been placed under a yellow alert till Sunday, October 26, as a depression over the east-central Arabian Sea can impact weather conditions in the city.

The weather conditions in Bengaluru on Sunday are expected to be cloudy, with light showers throughout the day. The high will reach around 30°C, with a low of approximately 20°C. Humidity levels will range from 70 per cent to 79 per cent.

Cloudy skies with light rain are expected to prevail in Bengaluru on October 27 and October 28.

Karnataka Weather Forecast: Heavy Rain Expected Till October 27

Coastal Karnataka, northern interior areas, and many southern interior districts are expected to see ongoing rainfall in the coming days.

The weather department noted that low air pressure in the Bay of Bengal and Arabian Sea is altering weather patterns, with heavy rain forecast for October 27.

 Fishermen in coastal Karnataka have been advised not to venture into the sea. Overall, the weather department has hinted that rainfall across different parts of Karnataka is almost certain for the next seven days.
