Karnataka Weather Update: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast light rain or drizzle accompanied by overcast skies for Bengaluru. Earlier on Tuesday, the city recorded only trace rainfall with the maximum and minimum temperatures hovering around 25 degrees Celsius and 19.4 degrees Celsius, respectively.

Bengaluru Weather Forecast

The weather department has forecast a generally cloudy sky with light rain or drizzle for Bengaluru. The maximum temperature will hover around 25 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature is expected to remain around 18 degrees Celsius.

The weather department forecast further stated that a partial cloud cover is likely to remain over the city throughout the week.

Karnataka Weather Forecast

The majority of Karnataka is expected to remain dry in the coming days, with cold mornings and patches of fog. However, the Karnataka State Natural Disaster Monitoring Centre (KSDMC) has stated, “From today, isolated light to moderate rainfall is likely in parts of the southern interior, Malenadu, and coastal districts.”

According to the latest forecast by the weather department, parts of the southern interior, Malenadu, and coastal districts are expected to receive light to moderate rainfall accompanied by partially cloudy skies.

However, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has not issued a weather alert for any district as of now. Authorities have advised residents to stay vigilant and plan outdoor activities accordingly to avoid disruptions.

Bengaluru Power Cut On November 19

In view of maintenance work, the Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited (BESCOM) has announced a scheduled power shutdown in several areas of Bengaluru on Wednesday, November 19. The supply will be cut between 10 AM and 5 PM on Wednesday.
