State Bureau, Kolkata: Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari's cabinet has been expanded in Bengal. 35 BJP MLAs were sworn in as ministers on Monday at Raj Bhavan. With this major expansion, the number of Suvendu's cabinet members has now reached 41. On May 9, Suvendu Adhikari was sworn in as Chief Minister at the Brigade Parade Ground.

A closer analysis of the cabinet expansion clearly shows that the BJP has not disappointed those who had invested their full strength in dismantling Mamata Banerjee's impregnable fortress.
