Bomb Threat: In a shocking event, a call was received targeting a Mumbai-Ahmedabad flight and the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport were received at the office of the Navi Mumbai Joint Commissioner of Police. The threatening calls were made between 2 PM and 2:30 PM on July 16, prompting an urgent response from security agencies and the registration of an FIR.

According to officials, the first call claimed that a bomb had been planted on a Mumbai-Ahmedabad flight, while the second, made shortly afterwards, warned of a planned explosion at the Mumbai international airport at 6:30 PM.

Police swiftly carried out detailed security checks at both the airport and the flight, but no explosives or suspicious objects were found, indicating that the threats were likely hoaxes.
