In a scary incident in Rajkot, Gujarat, a woman was attacked by a pet dog inside a residential society. The dog's owner, who was present at the time, reportedly began assaulting the victim instead of offering assistance. The attack occurred on Tuesday at the Surbhi Possible Flats, located on Rolex Road in the Kotharia area of Rajkot.
The entire incident was captured on camera, and the video has since gone viral on social media platforms.
According to local reports, the victim has been identified as Kiran Vaghela, a resident of the society. The dog had apparently been taken out for a walk, and after the attack, Vaghela requested the young boy accompanying the dog to be more cautious near the lift lobby. However, the dog’s owner, Payal Goswami, became agitated and slapped Vaghela in response.
The video was shared on X (formerly Twitter) by the NCMIndia Council For Men Affairs (@NCMIndiaa), prompting a flurry of reactions from social media users.
Owner of Dogs are more wild than their pet dogs. Dog Mother Payal Goswami assaulted Kiran Vaghela, a resident of Surbhi Possible Flats on Rolex Road in the Kotharia area of Rajkot in Gujarat after her dog bite the lady while she was waiting for the lift.

One commenter wrote, “A dog attacks a person. Instead of apologising, the owner slaps the victim. What kind of mindset is this? Power drunk. Entitled. Inhuman. A reminder that some people shouldn’t have pets or any responsibility at all. If this doesn’t anger you, nothing will. Shameful. Absolutely shameful.”

Instead of apologizing, the owner slaps the victim.
What kind of mindset is this?
Power drunk. Entitled. Inhuman.
A reminder that some people shouldn't have pets or any responsibility at all.
If this doesn't anger you, nothing will.
Shameful. Absolutely…
Another user commented, “It is high time the government introduces a law prohibiting the keeping of pet dogs in apartment buildings, as they are shared ownership properties. How can someone bring an animal into someone else’s property without their consent? This is highly illogical and unjustified.”
